## What we offer

### NUF registration (Norwegian branch of a foreign company)
A NUF is a Norwegian branch of an existing foreign company. The foreign parent company remains liable for the NUF's obligations. No share capital is required in Norway. The NUF is registered with Brønnøysundregistrene and receives a Norwegian organization number. Ideal for companies that already exist abroad and want to expand into the Norwegian market.

### AS registration (Norwegian limited company)
An AS is an independent Norwegian company with limited liability. Minimum share capital of 30,000 NOK is required. Ownership can be held by one or more shareholders – individuals or companies. Full Norwegian accounting and tax obligations apply. Best suited for those who want a fully independent Norwegian entity.

European company can register a Norwegian AS or NUF through us. The 13 countries

entered manually and verified against public documentation.

are handled through our standard registration flow. New automated integrations
are added on an ongoing basis based on customer demand.
